remove, or disable access to, material on its servers
that infringes on the rights of others. If you believe
that your work has been used in a manner that
constitutes copyright infringement, please send
the copyright agent for RGInews a written notice (e-mail is
sufficient) that complies with the Online Copyright
Infringement Liability Limitation Act and includes the
following details.
Signature - An
electronic or physical signature of a person authorized
to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right
that is allegedly infringed. If you provide an

and verified that it meets the necessary requirements we
will take appropriate action. If this includes removing
or disabling access to the offending material, we will
provide notice to the user or subscriber that we have
removed or disabled access to their material, provided
we can identify such individual.
Counter-Notice - If
your material is removed, you will have the opportunity
to send a counter-notice consistent with the Online
Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act. Your
counter notice must include the following information:

found.
A statement that you will accept service of process
from the person or entity, or their agent, who
provided notification to RGInews that the material
at issue infringed a copyright.
If RGInews receives a counter notice, it will inform
the person or entity that complained of the alleged
infringement, that it will replace the removed material
or cease disabling access to it within ten business
days. If, within the next 10 days, the party complaining
about the infringement does not notify us that they have
filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the
user or subscriber from engaging in infringing activity
related to the material at issue, RGInews will
replace the removed material and/or renew access to it.
